Hi, my name is Phil. I operate an independent driving school and have been an instructor since 2020. My work brings with it great flexibility, being my own boss, choosing when to work and providing a great work-life balance. The other great thing about what I do is the diversity, no two days are the same. I enjoy being a driving instructor because I like to meet new people. I have experience with people of varying ages and backgrounds, those who are new learners, international licence conversions as well as refresher lessons. I enjoy the challenges which come when training a learner driver from scratch with no prior driving experience. It is extremely rewarding when a learner reaches their goal, coming out of their test with their licence and a BIG smile on their face. I approach all learners with patience and give 100% effort to help learners achieve their goals. I am punctual, flexible and friendly and always try to give honest feedback to learners in an effort to learn. After all, we learn the most from our mistakes.
