Hi my name is Darren. Over 35 years of driving, I have gained licences operating all types of vehicles from forklifts to frontend loaders, to 4 car carrier trucks, standard heavy vehicles and cars. My experience is extensive. When you are behind the wheel you need to be alert 100% of the time, I’ve spent a lot of time driving so have seen the good, bad and ugly side of our roads. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to be a safe driver. My goal is to teach you how to become a safe, competent and knowledgeable driver. I enjoy what I do, it is really very rewarding. I am a friendly, patient, polite, punctual and an easy going person. I tailor my lessons to you, the learner as we work together towards a common goal. The most rewarding aspect of what I do is when my learners pass the driving test and get their licence. It is an amazing feeling. On a side note, I am keen on all things car related - classic cars, motor sports (supercars and drag racing), off road driving, jet boat racing and caravanning.
Darren shows great, patience, positivity, understanding, and sense of humour. In just an hour, I easily learned his great techniques for doing certain manoeuvres, such as reverse parallel parking and doing certain turns. Darren is someone who can both teach well, and can have relaxed small talk with you at times to prevent the pressure of driving.
