Hi, my name is Don. I became a driving instructor in 2012 after working as a baker, as well as owning my own grocery store. These roles have developed and strengthened my organisational skills as well as my customer service and communication skills. Being an instructor is really rewarding. Some of the aspects I enjoy most are getting to meet new people from a diverse range of backgrounds, life experiences and age groups. I love to help others. My focus is on teaching learners about the importance of safe driving and passing on all the tips and tricks to help others to do this on a day to day basis. I also get to drive across Perth, sometimes I'm doing the driving... most of the time, the learners are doing the driving. We truly have a beautiful city full of wonderful people. I look forward to helping you get your licence.
He is a amazing instructor, he helped me a lot fixing bad habits and helped me to pass my manual test. Im from Chile and I had a Chilean licence, so I took 4 classes with him before the test and was enough to pass it without problems. He understands and knows how is the PDA in midland given you important tips. Totally recommended

From start to finish, Don was absolutely fantastic. Lots of patience as I picked up the new skills, but also not afraid to call me out when I slipped into my old habits. I looked forward to my lessons each week. I passed my test on 1st go, all because of Don. Highly recommend. If there was a 6th star, it’s Don’s!

Just passed my test today, couldn't have done it without Don. Had my overseas license for years thinking I could pass this easily, turns out that I have so many bad habits that I was not aware. Thanks to Don's patience, I get to correct them one by one and finally feel confident to be on the road even if by myself. Don is incredibly patience, observant and understanding. Also very forgiving considering how many times I did sudden brake :P If you are looking for an instructor who genuinely cares about your driving progress, you wouldn't go wrong with Don. Highly recommend!
