How Can I Change Instructors?

You can change instructors online up to 5 hrs prior to the booking start time.
Important: If you have existing bookings with your current instructor that you don't wish to keep, you will need to cancel them first. Please be aware that you can only cancel bookings up to 5 hrs prior to the booking start time.
Using a Mobile Phone or Tablet
On your Dashboard, below your Instructor details, click Book another instructor.
A list of instructors servicing your area and chosen transmission, will be displayed. Click Book Online Now, next to the instructor of your choice.
The ‘Make a Booking’ screen will appear, click either + Driving Lesson/s or + Driving Test Package, select the lesson duration, day and time for your booking. Enter pick up location, click Save.
The ‘Make A Booking’ confirmation screen will appear. Review your booking, click Confirm Booking/s.
You will be taken back to your Dashboard, your new booking will be displayed under Upcoming Bookings.
Using a Desktop Computer
On your Dashboard, next to your Instructor details, to the right of your screen, click Book another instructor.
A list of instructors servicing your area and chosen transmission, will be displayed. Click Book Online Now, next to the instructor of your choice.
The ‘Make a Booking’ screen will appear, click either + Driving Lesson/s or + Driving Test Package, select the lesson duration, day and time for your booking. Enter pick up location, click Save.
The ‘Make A Booking’ confirmation screen will appear. Review your booking, click Confirm Booking/s.
You will be taken back to your Dashboard, your new booking will be displayed under Upcoming Bookings.
