How Can I Reschedule or Cancel a Booking?

The EzLicence platform has been designed to provide you with maximum scheduling flexibility. We understand that things can change.

You are able to reschedule or cancel your booking online up to 24 hrs prior to the booking start time. 

If it is less than 24 hours before the booking start time, you will need to contact your instructor directly.


Using a Mobile Phone or Tablet

On your Dashboard, under Upcoming Bookings, click View/Manage link, which is next to the booking you wish to reschedule or cancel.

Reschedule or make changes to your booking, scroll down the page, click Reschedule Now button.

The 'Modify Your Booking' Screen will appear.

Make the required changes to your booking, scroll down the page, click Submit Changes & Notify button.

If you wish to cancel the lesson, click X Cancel (Reschedule Later) button.

A cancel lesson confirmation box will appear, click Okay to cancel the lesson.


Using a Desktop Computer

On your Dashboard, under Upcoming Bookings, click View/Manage link, which is next to the booking you wish to reschedule or cancel.

Reschedule or make changes to your booking, click Reschedule Now button.

The 'Modify Your Booking' Screen will appear.

Make the required changes, click Submit Changes & Notify button.

If you wish to cancel the lesson, click X Cancel (Reschedule Later) button.

A cancel lesson confirmation box will appear, click Okay to cancel the lesson.
