My learner has not shown up for their lesson, what should I do?

After checking you are at the correct address, please make contact with the learner. We suggest starting with a phone call, if no answer, send the learner an SMS.

Please be aware that some learner accounts may have 2 separate phone numbers, we suggest contacting the parent / guardian first. 


If you intend to claim payment for the booking:

We recommend waiting for at least 30 minutes, however, it is your decision when to leave the pickup address.

To help us protect you in the event the learner disputes the charge, it is always a good idea to take a photo of your car out the front of the pick up address.
