What do I need to do if I test positive for Covid-19?

Unfortunately, Covid-19 has had an impact on us all. If you have tested POSITIVE for Covid-19, you will need block your calendar so you don’t get any new bookings.
To block your calendar:
From your Dashboard, find the menu and select Calendar.
At the top of your calendar, click the black Create Event button. Enter the event name as in Covid Isolation. Adjust the dates and times to cover your entire isolation period and click the yellow Create Event button at the bottom of the box.
You should now have a Personal Event, which is blue, covering your isolation period. This will prevent you from receiving any new bookings.
Contacting your learners:
You will also need to contact all EzLicence learners and parents who had a booking to let them know you are unable to deliver any services for your isolation period.
Please ask them to reschedule or cancel their booking. They can re-book when you are back to work, alternatively they can book with another EzLicence instructor if they are unable to wait for you.
From their learner account, there is an FAQ menu with step-by-step instructions on how to cancel a booking or how to change instructors.
If it is less than 5 hours before the booking, your learner cannot cancel the booking.
When the booking stays in your calendar, once the booking time passes, please waive the lesson payment straight away.
