  7. We collect the personal information of Learner Drivers which are provided to us including your:

    1. Name;
    2. Date of Birth;
    3. Pickup address;
    4. Billing address (which is stored through Stripe and not through the EzLicence server);
    5. Email address;
    6. Details of the products you have purchased;
    7. Any additional information you provide to use through use of our website;
    8. Customer number; and
    9. Telephone number;

    EzLicence may pass these details on to Driving Instructors for the purpose of delivering driving lessons.

  8. We collect the personal information of Driving Instructors, including your:

    1. Name;
    2. Date of Birth;
    3. Gender;
    4. Billing address (which is stored through Stripe and not through the EzLicence server);
    5. Email address;
    6. Telephone number;
    7. Driver's Licence details;
    8. Driver Instructor’s Licence details;
    9. WWCC numbers; and
    10. Vehicle Registration Number;

    EzLicence may pass on details to Learner Drivers for the purpose of undertaking driving lessons for information including but not limited to a Driving Instructor's name, email address and telephone number.

    1. The account creation process;
    2. Online forms;
    3. Order Placement;
    4. Through your interactions with our customer service team;
    5. Comments;
    6. Account settings;
    7. Preferences;
    8. Ratings; and
    9. all similar types of data as determined from time to time by EzLicence;

  11. We may also gather information from both online and offline data providers which could include internet browsing behaviour, demographic data or interest based data;

    3. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted;
