How do I redeem a gift voucher?

When a driving lesson gift voucher is purchased, there are three different delivery options to choose from. The redemption process will depend on which option was selected. All delivery methods will contain a unique URL which will take you to the dedicated gift voucher redemption page.

 

Option 1 - Delivery by Email

The gift voucher will be sent via email directly to the recipient. Within the body of the email, there will be a 'redeem now' button. By simply clicking this, the learner will automatically land on a dedicated gift voucher account set up page. If the learner has an existing account, there is the option to log in from this screen.

Once the new account is created or an existing account is logged into, the lesson credits will be automatically added to the account ready to book. NB. The learner must receive the original email. If the person giving the voucher has printed the email, they will need to forward the original email to the recipient to enable them to redeem the gift voucher.

 

Option 2 - Delivery via SMS

The gift voucher will be sent via text message. The SMS message contains a link, once clicked, the learner will automatically land on a dedicated gift voucher account set up page. If the learner has an existing account, there is the option to log in from this screen.

Once the account is created or logged into, the lesson credits will be automatically added to the account ready to book.

 

Option 3 - Printed voucher (QR code)

A printed gift voucher will include a QR code (this looks like a large square barcode). To redeem the gift voucher, this code must be scanned by the QR reader app on your mobile phone. On most phones you can simply open your camera and focus it on the QR code, you will then be given the option to proceed through to the gift voucher redemption page on our website.

Once the QR code has been scanned, the learner will automatically land on the dedicated gift voucher account set up page. If the learner has an existing account, there is the option to log in from this screen.

Once the account is created or logged into, the lesson credits will be automatically added to the account ready to book.
