I am delivering a test package and there is no test booked with the local roads authority, what should I do?

EzLicence does not book the test at the test centre. This is displayed on our website and again on our booking form.

We recommend, as soon as you receive a test pack booking, that you contact the learner to request a copy of their booking confirmation issued by the local roads authority. Doing this ahead of the booking allows changes to be made in the event that they have made a mistake.

As the instructor, it is your decision whether to charge the learner for the test package or waive the fee and reschedule it.
