I can’t do driving lessons anymore, what happens to my EzLicence learners?

It is your job to manage your calendar by blocking out times you are not available for EzLicence bookings.
In an emergency, you have an EzLicence booking and you cannot work, you need to call all of your learners, explain what has happened and ask them to cancel their booking.
From their learner account, there is an FAQ menu with step-by-step instructions on how to cancel a booking and also on how to change instructors.
Block your calendar for the time you are now unavailable for so you don’t get new bookings.
If it is less than 5 hours before the booking, your learner cannot cancel the booking.
When the booking stays in your calendar, once the booking time passes, please waive the lesson payment straight away.
